Having grown up in Dunedin, I am excited to assist you and your family into your home and together see our community grow.
I joined Mortgage link in 2004, and since then have built up a close working relationship with our lenders and have many repeat business clients. I enjoy meeting new people and I pride myself on advocating for my clients, and I am committed to ensuring your mortgage is right for you and your family. I thrive on a challenge and appreciate that everyone’s circumstances are different, but together we can achieve your financial goals.
In May 2011, I was thrilled to be nominated for the Mortgage Link ‘Individual of the Year’ and our office Mortgage Link Otago, received the ‘Supreme Award’ for outstanding performance.
I have had experience with my own investment properties so know firsthand how stressful securing a loan and home contract can be, but my aim is to make the process as smooth as possible for you to ensure your needs are being met and together we can achieve the best possible outcome for your individual situation.
Recently I assisted one of my clients with their 10th Investment property. I was introduced to them when they were having trouble securing a loan for their 3rd property but together by building a great working relationship with a number of different lending institutions along the way, I had great pleasure in helping them achieve their 10th property.
Dunedin offers a great balanced lifestyle, and living in St Clair, I enjoy being able to walk on the beach, but have the convenience of just a ten minute drive into the city for work. My other interests include playing golf, spending time with my partner Katie, exercise and gold prospecting.
