Originally from Lancashire in the UK I moved to Dunedin in 2008.
My move to NZ started out as a gap year but my partner and I settled so easily into the cruisy Dunedin life we decided to stay and start our family here. The years have flown by and we now have 3 children and are on track for a dog very soon – watch this space!
I started my finance career in the UK back in 2004 where I worked for a non-bank lender.
My work has been pretty diverse since arriving in Dunedin starting out at Forsyth Barr where I stayed for 4 years. I then moved on to the Co-operative Bank as a way to get into lending and back into the mortgage game.
My passion is finance and insurance so when the opportunity arose I joined the Mortgage Link team in 2016 and completed my mortgage broker training.
With a busy work and family life – there’s little time left after the kids dancing, soccer, tennis and netball games – you might find me fulfilling my other passion which is music. I like to get to the local Muso Club when I can and enjoy a good live gig.
I have my own personal experience with having previously built two owner-occupied properties and have purchased rental properties. I have extensive knowledge in lending and financial growth and work with a wide range of lenders to find people the best deals. My focus is helping my clients to achieve their goals.
